

Introduction to Wool Applique and Embroidery

Class Description: Students will learn the basics of wool applique and embroidery while making a fall themed sampler.
Instructor Biography: Victoria Boehmer of Dragonwood Ranch and The Knitting Dragon is a passionate fiber artist, teacher, and designer who resides in Erie County, PA. On her homestead is a flock of Shetland Sheep which contribute when she teaches fiber preparation and spinning. She has continued to expand her knitting skills by working toward her Master Hand Knitter Certification. Along with her fiber pursuits she also homeschools and does local agricultural community outreach.

Class Fee: $30
Materials Fee: $30 for all the necessary fabric, embroidery floss, needle, and additional notions needed for the class.
What do I need to bring? Students will need to purchase a kit or bring fall themed 100% wool fabric and embroidery floss for the class.
Target Ages: Ages15 and up
